How do I place an order?
Simply choose the product you love, select the preferred option or color, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time
Most orders require 1–5 business days for preparation before shipment due to quality inspection and careful packaging.

- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping (Recommended): 6–10 business days
Please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, customs processing, flight delays, or carrier issues.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $79 USD
- Orders below $79 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $8.88 USD

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You may also track your order directly from your account page.
Please allow several days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
Shipping delays may occur because of:
- Weather conditions
- Flight delays
- Customs clearance
- Local logistics issues
- Peak holiday seasons
If your package appears delayed, please contact support@suzamed.net and we'll gladly help investigate the shipment.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some orders may ship separately from different warehouses depending on inventory availability. As a result, items may arrive in multiple packages and at different times.
Will multiple items arrive together?
We always try to ship everything together whenever possible. However, depending on product availability and warehouse location, items may be shipped separately.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses in supported regions.
What if my package is lost, returned, or stolen?
Lost during transit
We will resend the same item after confirmation with the carrier.
Delivered but missing
Please first contact the local carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 30 days.
Returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery
We can reship the order, but an additional shipping fee may apply.
Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order. SUZAMED is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information submitted by customers.
Taxes & Customs
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
In most cases, customs duties and import taxes are handled through our partnered logistics providers. Customers usually do not need to pay customs fees directly.
However, import regulations vary by country and may occasionally require additional customs processing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible unused items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us first at support@suzamed.net with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send returns to the address shown on the original package.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- There is a verified product defect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 1–5 business days.
Estimated refund times:
- PayPal: within 48 hours
- Credit Card: 2–3 business days
- E-wallets: within 24 hours
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact support@suzamed.net within 30 days and provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Package label photo if applicable
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and contacting us regarding the original order return.
Returned items must remain unused and in original condition.
Product Information
Are your product photos accurate?
Yes. We strive to display accurate product colors and details. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
An item is out of stock. Will it return?
Many products are restocked regularly. If available, use the "Notify Me When Available" feature on the product page.
Account & Security
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Guest checkout is available.
Creating an account allows you to:
- Track orders
- View order history
- Save shipping information
- Receive future member benefits
How do you protect my personal data?
We follow strict privacy and security standards. Your information is encrypted and never sold or rented to third parties.
I didn't receive my confirmation or tracking email.
Please check your spam or junk folder first.
